Returns Policy

Changes and refunds

The customer has the right to return products purchased or to change the order (the whole or part of it), without the obligation to inform us of the reason for returning or changing the product, within twenty (20) calendar days from the date of purchase, in fact, be a lot of products on the same order of the tradition and of the latter, while when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the tradition of the first.

If the refund is not made within the above time limit of 20 days, then the Dororea may not accept it.

In the event that you wish a refund, the Company is obliged to pay within 20 calendar days of the price received for the returned products and the same instrument that was used for payment. In particular:

If the payment was made by credit or debit card via the eShop, the Company, if it has received the payment from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will make every intended action. The Company, then the update is not responsible for the time and the manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Client.

If the payment was made with cash or deposit in a bank, the refund will be made to a bank account you indicated, noting IBAN, the name of the beneficiary and the bank to which it relates.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of change/withdrawal before the expiry of the 20-day time limit.   

Changes and returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The product has not been worn – used beyond the test.
  2. The tags (if any) of the manufacturing company, as well as the labels of the products may not have been removed or destroyed.
  3. All of the accompanying product, such as box, any manuals that accompany it and the proof of purchase to be sent back together with the product.
  4. If the product was sold with an additional gift (for.x. 1+1 gift) must be returned along with the bonus, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  5. Swimsuit (bottom), underwear, socks, tights, leotards and accessories hair not returned for reasons of hygiene.
  6. The packaging of the consignment should be safe, so as to avoid any damage during the transportation. Return with damaged original packaging due to negligence of the client/sender or adhesive tape to the box or notes with a pen/marker, will not be accepted!

If the returned products do not meet the above requirements will be returned to customer fee recipient.

Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal you can return the product you have purchased from the online store within 14 calendar days from the date of billing of, so as to be considered timely exercise of the right of you. The charges for the shipping costs of return are borne by the customer.
