1. Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card:

3. Receipt and payment of your order in the store “Dororea”

   If you wish to receive products from our store, you can choose the Shipping Method “Pickup from Store’. The information on the receipt of your order is done with automated email stating that the order is ready at the store for pickup. All orders remain in the store up to 6 working days once you have been informed about the progress of your order. G. Traditions

Shipment Of Products

The products are shipped throughout Greece with the courier company , and delivered safely to the address you specify.

For orders placed until 12: 00, from Monday to Friday (if business day), the products will be prepared and will be delivered to the courier company on the same day. The orders placed after 12: 00 will be delivered for shipping the next business day.

The delivery time in urban areas is to (3) three working days, while on islands or remote areas of (3) three to (5) five working days.

The www.dororea.gr I don't recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure when the above delivery time will be extended as long as the reason of the delay.

The shipping cost is calculated and proposed in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the option to select the type of document you want (retail receipt or invoice), filling in the corresponding field site.

For orders, transportation costs amount to 3.5€ up to 2kg and +1.2€ for each extra kilo.

Payment through cash on delivery is charged 2€.

For all orders, packing is free of charge for all of Greece.

If you wish to send your order to a different address you will need to fill in the specific area of the shipping address.

Shipping costs

All postage and packing charges are calculated on the total of the shopping bag in the final payment amount.

For the rest of Greece, the cost is 3.5€ up to 2kg and +1.2€ for each extra kilo.

Order cancellation

The. Changes and refunds

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of change/withdrawal before the expiry of the 20-day time limit.   

Changes and returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. The product has not been worn – used beyond the test.
2. The tags (if any) of the manufacturing company, as well as the labels of the products may not have been removed or destroyed.
3. All of the accompanying product, such as box, any manuals that accompany it and the proof of purchase to be sent back together with the product.
4. If the product was sold with an additional gift (for.x. 1+1 gift) must be returned along with the bonus, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. Swimsuit (bottom), underwear, socks, tights, leotards and accessories hair not returned for reasons of hygiene.
6. The packaging of the consignment should be safe, so as to avoid any damage during the transportation. Return with damaged original packaging due to negligence of the client/sender or adhesive tape to the box or notes with a pen/marker, will not be accepted!

If the returned products do not meet the above requirements will be returned to customer fee recipient.

Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal you can return the product you have purchased from the online store within 14 calendar days from the date of billing of, so as to be considered timely exercise of the right of you. The charges for the shipping costs of return are borne by the customer.
